Terms and Conditions

1. Payment is due at the time of the photoshoot. If rescheduling is needed, please give 48 hours notice (unless an illness, poor weather or emergency comes up)

2. I have the right to cancel a photoshoot at any time due to poor weather, illness, or other reasons. I will let you know immediately and will work with you to reschedule.

3. Amanda Leigh Photography owns the copyright and ownership of all images produced during the photo sessions and has the right to: use them for portfolios, as samples, for promotion, in web galleries, and make copies of images. 

4. Your photos will be available for viewing within 2-4 work weeks in your password-protected gallery for easy viewing and downloading.

5. Images in the viewing gallery on my website and Facebook page may not be reproduced in any way, including saving or printing. Please do not alter or crop the images in any way so that the watermark is not visible. You may however use the images as your Facebook profile picture. 

6. Please be mindful of your children’s safety. I will take all precautions to not expose your child to any danger, but it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure they are safe. Please never leave them unattended.
